The Hospital under the Department of Health outsources cleaners to a Labour Broker to avoid paying sectoral salary, a Provident Fund and a bonus. The Union confronted the Labour Broker who will now petition the Hospital to stop paying "below the Belt. This is a victory for the cleaners on the World day for Decent Work.
