Meeting of the women’s network of the Euroneman trade union network, 7-8 October, Druskininkaj, Lithuania. The event will bring together female trade unionists from Poland, Belarus, Kaliningrad (Russia) and Lithuania, countries that border Neman river. The meeting will be followed by the EuroNeman anniversary conference on 9-10 October.

    On October 8, 2009 in Druskininkai, Lithuania, EuroNeman Trade Union Network Women section has met to discuss gender balance and women’s right issues. The seminar was dedicated to the global Decent Work Day. Participants also presented the information about the Decent Work campaigns implemented this year in their home countries, shared an experience and presented workingwomen situations in the region.
