The adoption at the International Labour Organisation of a convention covering the rights of domestic workers in June was an historic moment in the struggle to secure decent work for domestic workers globally. Sadly the British government and employers were amongst a handful not to support it convention.

What difference can the convention make? And how can we get British government to sign up?
