Topicality: Social innovation - a trend at least for the next decade. Corporate social responsibility and ensuring decent work conditions - this is the actual demand of the time, giving the business commercially reasonable profit, and high social standards of work for workers. Therefore, the benefits of corporate social responsibility and socially important initiatives merit a closer look and analysis.

Goals: • Raising public awareness of the concept of "decent work"; • Forming and promotion of community initiatives for the dissemination and popularization of the idea of decent work in Ukraine; • Bringing together NGOs, government agencies, trade unions, employers and employees in order to create value of decent work in the Ukrainian workers and implementation of best practices of corporate social responsibility in Ukrainian employers.

Invited to the Roundtable: NGOs, government agencies, trade unions, employers, workers with an active social position, the media and all interested in creating decent work for the Ukrainian people.
