Within the World Day for Decent Work framework, and three years after the ILO Declaration on Social Justice for a Fair Globalization adopted by the International Labour Conference at its Ninety-seventh Session, where Gender equality is considered as a cross-cutting issue in respecting, promoting and realizing the fundamental principles and rights at work, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation will held an international panel to analyze alternatives for a sustainable development based on two fundamentals: gender equality and decent work.

In this international panel will participate Inge Lippert (Confederation of German Trade Unions-DGB), Graciela Rodríguez (International Gender and Trade Network-IGNT), Martha Heredia (Union of Telephone Workers of Mexico-STRM and National Union of Workers-UNT) and Hilda Salazar (Women and Environment).
