Focus on the importance of ratifying the new convention 189 Decent Work for Domestic Workers. We have made a feature article for one of the nationwide newspaper about this new convention and the importance to ratify it quickly. Due to the presentation of the State Budget the 6 October and the fact that this will be the main news in the newspapers the 7th, we have asked for publication of our article the 5 October. It is written in cooperation with our collegues in YS and Unio, and will be published in the name of Trine Lise Sundnes (substitute member to the ILO’s Governing Body).

We have also made an internal review paper about the LO -Norway’s work with decent work and our cooperation with the government on this topic. In this paper we suggest an evaluation of the Norwegian Decent Work Strategy.
